3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the documents you submit
• You must not upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
• You are responsible for downloading your converted files before they expire
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Data Security and Privacy

We take data security seriously. All uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers after 24 hours. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data during processing.

5. Subscription and Billing

• Free tier users are limited to 5 documents per month
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase

6. Limitation of Liability

BankPDF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to data loss, conversion errors, or service interruptions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
